3. Return & Refund Process

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return or refund.

  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment only.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
